Dissertation is devoted to studying of sources of international legal regulation of labour. The work emphasizes that considering, firstly that Ukrainian national labour legislature needs amendments and improvement, secondly that the reference point at this question taking into consideration Ukraine's aspiration to become a equal right member of international community should be international legal norms on labour regulation.
