Subject - steel-concrete beams; the aim - elaboration of evaluation methodology of stress-strained and limited state of steel-concrete beams under the static short-term loading; methods - analytical and experimental; the novelty - anchors shear rigidity were defined experimentally; the author proposes new limited state of the beam taking into account shear between concrete core and steel sheet; solutions were obtained using the limit equilibrium method; results - the author proposes the evaluation methodology of steel-concrete beams taking into account contact pliability, concrete nonlinearity deformation and crack formation; the methodology helps the evaluate stress-strained and limited state; obtained results were implemented on "Stark", LLC as a structure design and methodology of anchors evaluation; due to demands of "Metroproject" the comparative calculations of steel-concrete and RC beams were provided; field of utilizing - designing, construction and reconstruction.
