Shevchuk R. Legal and Organizational Principles of the Training Process Informatization at Higher Educational Institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine

The Thesis is a comprehensive research study of the legal and organizational principles of the training process informatization at higher educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. The Thesis is devoted to the investigation of the current level of training process informatization at higher educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine; it analyses the complex of informational relations within the field in question; studies the existing legally established mechanism of the training process informatization at higher educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. Using the present-day gains of the legal, informational, psychological and pedagogic domains of science and the best practices in the field of legal regulation of educational informatization, it has developed the theoretical provisions and practical recommendations related to the improvement of the legal and organizational principles of the training process informatization at higher educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
