Lyubchik I. Disorders of emotional sphere in structure of dementia of vascular genesis (clinic, diagnostics, principles of regenerative therapy)

Frequency and character of complains in examined patients allows making a conclusion on necessity of correction with the help of spent therapy of emotional sphere of patients with dyscirculatory encephalopathy and dementia in conditions of a hospital. The treatment of patients suffering from vascular dementia with differences of the emotional sphere with antidepressant therapy was proved to result in decrease of difficult types of depression. Antidepressive effect and the normalization of adaptive opportunities was more expressive in patients with use of fluoxatin and deprim than in those with use of amytriptiline. The treatment are pharmacological complex have to include the differentiated recovery therapy.
