On the basis of complex research of questions of criminal responsibility for violation of rules of administrative supervision the row of new amendments and supplements to the item 395 of the Criminal Code Ukraine is pulled out, and also suggestions in relation to the rise of efficiency of realization of administrative supervision are grounded.
