Current thesis is devoted to investigation of crystal formation in multicomponent phosphate fluxes containing niobium, tantalum and polyvalent metals which produce aliovalent pare M5+ and Mn+. New synthetic approaches and growth conditions of single crystals were determined for the series of complex phosphates based on niobium and tantalum in fluoride- and molybdate-phosphate melted mediums.
