Essay

The thesis is devoted to consideration of theoretical, legislative and administrative problems of legal regulation of advertising. The paper examined the impact on the administrative form of advertising through a content of the concepts "state control activity", "advertising market", "advertising" and "ad".The conditions and peculiarities of administrative and legal framework regulating advertising activities in Ukraine. They determined that a form of administrative impact on advertising is a state control activity, which in turn is part of the administrative regulations. In the dissertation organizational and legal principles of state control activity characterizes the activities of the executive power, exercising control on the activities of the advertising law on advertising, defined their system, controlling authority in the field of advertising, disclosed methods and forms of government control. We analyze the administrative and legal guarantees of the rights of consumers and entrepreneurs at thefair advertising. Investigated the administrative coercive measures are applied to participants of advertising and the use of the bases of administrative charges in the activity. The need to improving administrative and legal regulation of advertising by making changes to existing regulations in Ukraine.
