Kabathenko D. The improvement of the economic methods of a coal producer’s innovation activities management

The essence of management activity before the innovations implementation at coal mines had been grounded and the lines of the development of their innovation activities aimed at the enhancement of economic efficiency of first mining workings as one of the most important coal mining production processes had been determined. The economic effects to be achieved by a coal producer in case of innovation activi-ties had been systemized and the analytical models of the planning of production costs for mining works saving as a result of these activities realization had been de-veloped. The systematic basis for underground mine working cost determination as a factor of their innovation and investment lure had been improved. It had been estab-lished the theoretical and technical approaches to the motivations for the members of the innovation process at a coal producer facilities according to which the organiza-tional and management mechanism of the activation of research and production cen-ters’ innovation activities was determined. The method of planning of the innovation product introduction scopes on the basis of its lifecycle and operational reliability re-search had been improved. The theoretical approach to the determination of first workings amortization rate against their operational reliability had been suggested.
