The thesis deals with a study of age - related and sex aspects of the influence of concomitant pathology of HBC and intestines in patients with osteoarthrosis on the basic of analyzing biochemical parameters and updating therapy by including the "Antral" and "Bifilact-extra". It has been established that the presence of concomitant pathology of HBC and intestines in patients with OA favors more profound shifts in the body's blood system, the microflora of the contents of the large intestine is disturbed. The inclusion of the "Antral" reveals a hepatoprotective properties, whereas an additional of the "Bifilact-extra" normalizes the microflora of the contents of the large intestinal cavity.
