Filipova N. Development of export activity by high-technology enterprises in an increased competitive environment

This work researches and expounds the concept of 'export activity by companies'. Present-day condition and export development trends for high-technology companies in an aggressively competitive setting have been analyzed. An assessment of export activity by high-technology enterprises has been made, including competitive loads placed on exporters, customer stability requirements, competitive export pricing for high-technology markets, etc. This work explores and offers possible counteraction strategies for Ukrainian high-tech companies against the present-day methods of unfair competition being used by the world's leading countries through the unilateral imposition of sanctions aimed at blocking Ukrainian companies from operations in high-profit overseas market-places. The ways to minimize competitive loads in external and internal environments for export markets have been surveyed. Proposals were provided on how to further improve the efficiency of participation in international tenders for Ukrainiancompanies supplying high-tech products. The factors of occurrence and increases in business security risks arising in the context of export operations as well as risk prevention mechanisms have been outlined
