Dissertational work is devoted to development of scientific-theoretical bases and practical recommendations concerning improvement of system of selling of the machine-building enterprises in the market environment. Theoretical bases of interrelation of marketing and logistics in sphere of selling are researched. The mechanism of a choice of forms of the organization of selling of production and ways of formation of channels of distribution of the machine-building enterprise is advanced. The analysis of system of selling of machine-building production with the purpose of manufacturing of effective administrative decisions is lead.
