3. The dissertation encompasses a comprehensive conceptual research of administrative legal fundamentals of agricultural animals' state registration and identification, legal nature and a place of this process among other kinds of administrative execution. Analysis of current legislation concerning activity of a State enterprise "Agency of Animal Identification and Registration", its administrative legal authority in the field of registration and identification of animals were held. Procedural order of a state registration and identification of agricultural animals, state control and supervision of specified process, their place in a system of state control and supervision in the agriculture was analyzed. Activity of the World Trade Organization in the filed of agriculture was viewed and analyzed. Legal consequences of joining Ukraine this international organization were determined.
