Questions of the diagnosis and prophylactic phonetic - language changes with patients to and after dentistry interventions described in the thesis.In every clinical case was moving remedies prophylactic language - phonetic changes, which united correct selection method of the treatment, especially fashioning clinical frameworks and feasible special language exercise - exercise of the ''Demosphen''. Efficient prophylactic measures was confirmation positive dynamics clinical and phonetic dentistry indexes (II: F1 320,34+11,60 Hz, F2 1796,61+38,16 Hz, B1 -40,15+0,35 dB, B2 -60,94+2,06 dB - V: F1 368,31+19,16 Hz, F2 1716,00+26,50 Hz, B1 -41,38+0,81 dB, B2 -60,38+2,51 dB) with their approaching to conventional physiologists standard's and that was meaning about full recovering of the language functions.
