Object of research: processes of organization and management by the system of distribution of enterprise. Purpose of research: development of scientific and methodical bases for the increase of efficiency of man-agement by the system of distribution of industrial en-terprise. Methods of research: logic, systems analysis and synthesis, modern information's technologies, mechanisms of processes control, functional design decision-making methods. Results: conception of syn-thesis of organizationally-economic mechanism of management by the system of distribution of enterprise is developed; the mechanism of synthesis of structure of the system of distribution of industrial enterprise is developed; the instruments of support of decision-making are offered in the management by the system of distribution; administrative technology of adaptive co-operation of the systems of production and distribution is offered on an enterprise.
