Vorkunova O. Organizational-methodical bases of maintenance of competitiveness of the shipping companies of Ukraine

Object – is process of formation of competitive relations between the shipping companies in tramp shipping’s. Purpose – working out of theoretical and methodical bases and practical recommendations concerning maintenance of necessary level of competitiveness of the shipping companies of Ukraine which work in the local charter market. Methods – are the analysis-synthesis of results and a retrospective show, logical-analytical, theories of statistics, scientific abstraction. Novelty - features of formation of the competitive environment of the shipping company which is sphere of competitive interaction of subjects of the enterprise activity operating in one local market taking into account number of the existing companies, barriers of an input and exit, tendencies of change of volumes of demand and requirements of clients are re-vealed. Result - organizational-methodical bases of maintenance of level of competitiveness of the shipping company are developed.
