Оbject is process of preparation and acceptance of managerial decisions in the field of port enterprises economic activity in market conditions. A purpose is development of organizational and methodical approaches for realization of managerial functions in the process of economic decisions acceptance of port activity enterprises. Methods - scientific abstracting, analogy, analysis-synthesis and retrospective view, statistical analysis, analysis of the systems. Novelty - organizationally-economic bases of forming and control of execution of the budgets system of port activity enterprise are first developed for an improvement short-term and operative managements. Result is perfection of practice of forming and development of the account and control system of results of economic activity of port enterprises of Ukraine.
