Romanenko K. Constitutional right of the citizen on education in Ukraine: state and tendencies of development.

In the dissertation the constitutional law of the person and the citizen on education in a context of its social determinant, interdependence of social and legal aspects is investigated. The analysis of scientific approaches to interpretation of essence of the right on education as constituent of ensuring of democratic development of the society and self-actualization of the personality in modern conditions is carried out. The international context, conceptual and legal bases of rapproachement of the social and legal contents of the right on education in the society of education is defined. The basic signs of social-orientated methodology of research of the right on education and its advantage are defined. Social criteria of expansion of the content of the right on education and a direction of its realization in the legislation are proved. Own vision of the contents of the constitutional right on education in conditions of formation in Ukraine socially focused market economy is formulated. Directions of improvement of legal ensuring of the constitutional right on education in social, administrative and market measurements are investigated. On the basis of the conducted research generalizations, offers and the recommendations directed on improvement of the mechanism of ensuring of the constitutional right education in a context of tendencies of development of the Ukrainian society are formulated.
