Shmatkovska T. Social-economic conditions of functioning of the personal peasant economies.

The object of research: social-economic conditions of function of the personal peasant economies in the system of agro-industrial complex. The purpose of research: elaboration and scientific ground methodological-theoretic and applied principles of improvement of the functioning of the personal peasant economies in the context of changeable social and economic conditions of their activity. Methods: abstractional and logical; economical and economical; monographical; calculative and constructional; the analysis of the dynamics; comparative; system-structural; graphical. Theoretical and practical results: theoretical and methodological basis of the research was formulated by the fundamental ideas of economics, scientific works of leading native and foreign scientists concerning problems of the functioning and development of the personal peasant economies, legislative and normative acts of Ukraine. Practical meaning of the received results consists in the science-based analysis and evaluation of the processes that determine the formation of social and economic conditions of the functioning and development of the personal peasant economies, detection of the perspective parameters and directions of their achievement. Research novelty: with use of cluster analysis method there were singled out the micro-regions with differential peculiarities of the formation of social and economic conditions of the development of the personal peasant economies and on this basis there were developed the directions of their transformation into the entrepreneurial structures and integration into new agro-industrial formations; there were improved the new conceptual principles of the formation of integration formations of the personal peasant economies with entrepreneurial structures-integrators and economic relations between them, that will be based on the ground of the exchange equivalence and create the possibilities of assurance of mutually beneficial cooperation between the partners; the system of the indices of the social andeconomic conditions of the functioning of the personal peasant economies is made more exact, the evaluation of which allows taking into consideration the regional peculiarities and conducting the differentiation of the perspective of their further development. Degree of introduction: the research’s results take for introduction the main board of agro-industrial development of Volin State regional Administration, Ivanychi, Roshysche and Volodymyr-Volynskyi District State Administrations of Volin region. Efficiency: the results of the researches ground the conception of increase of effectiveness of the functioning of the personal peasant economies due to the detection of processes that determine the formation of the social and economic conditions of their activity, detection of the perspective parameters of the development and directions of their achievement.
