Danylyuk Y. The Theoretical Foundations of the Constitutional Legal Relationships in Ukraine.

The thesis is the first scholar integral research in Ukraine that focuses on enhancement of the constitutional legal relationships theory on the basis of their complex scientific and speculative research. Author has analyzed the concept of the constitutional legal relationships and proposed its new definition, as well as clarified a number of the specific characteristics of the constitutional legal relationships in Ukraine. Applicant has the scientifically classified the constitutional legal relationships. The problem issues of the constitutional legal relationships' subjects are clarified in the thesis on the grounds of their system's research. The definition of the constitutional legal relationships' objects as well as their types' classification was presented. On the basis of analysis of the constitutional relationships' there was clarified their content. The thesis studies the grounds of the genesis, the changes, the cessation and the resumption of the constitutional legal relationships.
