Essay

Object: processes of organizational and economic development of industrial corporations under the structural transformation. Subject: theoretical, methodical and practical aspects of organizational and economic development of industrial corporations. Methods: logical and theoretical generalization, classification and comparative characteristics; statistical and economical analysis; economical and mathematical simulation. Novelty: for the first time the conception of organizational-economic development of industrial corporation has been offered, it takes into account factors of internal and external environment, balance of the participant's interests, methods of structural development as well as organizational, economic and legal conditions; methodical approaches to the ground of choice of type of structural transformation of corporations which takes into consideration qualitative and quantitative criteria of choice has been improved. The conception of "industrial corporation", "organizational and economic development of industrial corporations" and "structural transformation of industrial corporations", methodical approaches to the qualification of economic interests of the participants of structural transformation of corporations and planning structural development of corporations hare been improved. The definition of the industrial corporation role in forming the innovational and investing model of Ukrainian economy, the types of structural transformation of corporations as well as systematization of the approaches to the structural transformation of corporations has grounded. Sphere of the use: machine-building enterprises.
