Essay

Object: Wear-resistant coverings drawn on the component by means of the electric arc surfacing. Research purpose: The increase of the effectiveness of the worcing layer and the period of the service of the components by renovation drawing of the coverings and microalloying addition of the ashy waste of the thermal electric power stations into the flux with the following strendthening by methods of SPD. Research methods and apparatus: Metalographical, spectral, microX-rayspectral, X-raystructural and petrographical analyses have been used. Hardnes, microhardness, the firmness of the cohesion of the covering with the basis and the wear-resistance have been estimated. The structures of the coverings have been studied with the help of the microscope MIM-8 with a set digital camera attached to the computer. Distribution of thechemical elements to the zones, microstructure of the coverings have been studied with the help of the microscope JSM-820 Link "JEOL". X-ray shooting have been conducted on the DRON-3installation. The firmness of the cohesion with the basis have been estimated with the help of the hardmeasuring instrument PMT-3. The testing of the abrasive wear and tear have been conducted with the help of the friction installation MI-1M. Theoretical and practical results: On the basis of the research and received results a complex method of increasing the period of service of components by means of micro-alloying, modifying and deformation hardening has been propounded. Degree of introduction: The working out has been introduced at OAS "Peresechanskoe RTE". Economic effect from the introductions of the given technology of the components renovation was 58,3 thousand hryvnas a year. Industry of the use: engineer.
