Steblynska O. Prevention of the crimes committing by the juveniles in a state of intoxication

Dissertation is devoted to the research of the state of crimes committing by juveniles in a state of intoxication as to the factors which determined them and the structural features of person of the criminal. The complex analysis of the level of taking alcohol and drugs by the juveniles and their criminological properties in the structure of juvenile delinquency are completed in the work. The thesis also deals witn criminal and legal peculiarities of analised crimes and their classification offered. The great attention is spared to the development of social, special criminological, criminal and legal measures for prevention of the crimes accomplishing by the juveniles in a state of intoxication.
