Vasilenko A. Financial methods of government control of investment activity of insurance companies

Dissertation is devoted to research of theoretical and practical questions of development and improvement of state adjusting system of investment activity of insurance companies of Ukraine. Essence of the state adjusting of investment activity of insurance companies is specified, insurance investments are classified on the basis of the selected signs of criteria. The leading role of financial methods of the state adjusting of investment activity is grounded. The features of forming of investment potential of insurers are shown. The values of tool of the portfolio investing in an insurance sphere and necessity of standardization of income taxation of insurers are grounded with introduction of the proper changes. The estimation of investment quality of assets of insurance companies and adequacy of regulative tool of the state is conducted. The components of the system of the state adjusting of investment activity of insurance companies are certain and analyzed. Methodical approaches are developed to determination of integral index of estimation of investment activity and in relation to establishment of norms and requirements of insurance funds' investing.
