Tsygikal P. Transformation of the ground relation and strategy of development of the agricultural enterprisees

The new direction of researches of instability of land tenure of the agricultural enterprises in conditions of transformation of the ground relations as complete system of the economic forms and controlled relations is proved which provide social development of village on the basis of association of a private property and collective managing. The economic aspects of transformation of the ground relations and bases of strategic management of development of the agricultural enterprises in market conditions are examined. In the dissertation the reasons of occurrence of instability of land tenure and modern approaches to their elimination are investigated. The influence of efficiency of functioning of the enterprises and size of a rent payment on stability of land tenure is revealed. The economic-mathematical model of a substantiation of strategic levels of base, optimistically and pessimistic variants of development is offered in view of thresholds of profitability of volume of realization of production.
