Object: fatty acids composition and fraction of non-ethnocide fatty acids (NEFA) in the natural sterns in the fishes breeding ponds – zoobentos, zooplanktons, phytoplankton and plants under different stages of vegetative period and their connection wotle fatty acids composition of total and NEFA lipids in liver and skeletal muscules of the uent species: scale carp, white tovstolob and white amur. Methods – biochemical, hydrobiological, chemical, zootechnics, statistical. Innovation: The dynamics of natural stenns changes under the vegetative period ocud thein connection wattle changes in levels of some fatty acids, total lipids and NEFA in liven aunt skeletal muscules of some species of fishes has been established. Higle level of polyunsaturated fatty acids in phytoplankton and water-living plants and level of this acids from n-3 family brig hen liver and skeletal muscles of silver carp and white amur was detected.
