Essay

A research object is the patients with iron deficiency anaemia; methods - clinical, instrumental, biochemical, immunological, statistical; novelty - there is first conducted the complex assessment of clinical course, changes of endocardiac hemodynamics and contractility of myocardium, variability of cardiac rhythm, indexes of hemogram and leukocytogram, levels of TNF-alfa and TGF-beta in plasma of blood; there are the fist determining of metrical and volume indexes diminishing for the left ventricle and presence of its diastolic dysfunction. The differentiated indication of atenolol, ATP-long and cardonat is developed; results - there is determined that atenolol is reasonable to appoint for patients with iron deficiency anaemia at presence of tachycardia, heart pain, signs of the left ventricle hypertrophy; there is pointed that at presence of asymptomatic dysfunction of myocardium, muscular weakness, low blood pressure, fainting it is necessary to appoint ATP-long; cardonat is reasonable to appoint for patients with presence of fatigability, dyspnoea, decrease of body mass, somnolence, violation of memory; it is introduce in work by Sumska and Ivano-Francovsk regional clinical hospitals, Winnitca city hospital №1, city policlinic №3 and policlinics of Ministry of Home, central district hospitals Ivano-Francovsk, Tismeneckoy and Rozhnyatevskoy, and also in the pedagogical process of medical educational establishments; branch of the use - treatment-diagnostic process of therapeutic, cardiologic and haematological departments, pedagogical process of therapeutic chairs of medical educational establishments.
