The object is the strategic planning in Ukraine on macro-, mezo- and micro levels. The purpose is the development of theoretical and conceptual and methodical positions, scientific and practical recommendations in relation to the improvement of the strategy planning system in the context of construction of integral model of the national economy management in the terms of transformations. Methods – hypothetical; analysis of the systems; formalization; design; comparative analysis; economic analysis; graphic; expert; methods of marketing researches. Results – theoretical generalization and new decision of the problem of improvement of the strategy planning system. The novelty is in development of theoretical positions and in practical conceptual approaches and recommendations in relation to the improvement of principles of the strategic planning in the system of national economy management. Implemented – in research works, organs of executive power, educational process.
