The dissertation contains scientific researches on strategic management of development of the enterprises of motor transport. The analysis of the theory of development of industrial systems has allowed to define general-theoretical, organizational-economic, legal conditions which influence efficiency of introduction of strategy of development. Functional strategy of development of the motor transportation enterprises are offered. The economic-mathematical model is developed for improvement of activity of the motor transportation enterprise which is set on set of problems and allows to predict the basic parameters of its functioning. The model of optimum control is offered by development of the motor transportation enterprise. Organizational-economic aspects of management are formulated by development of the enterprises of motor transport.
