Essay

On basis of analysis of clinical peculiarities of 92 patients with gastrointestinal somatoform dysfunction it has been defined main clinical types of emotional dysfunction of this pathology. The factors that foster the somatization processes were determined while comparing clinic and anamnestic data in patients with gastrointestinal somatoform and neurotic disorders. The peculiarities of clinical-psychopathological symptomatic, their relations with autonomic disfunfunction on this pathology were analyzed. The disorders in inter- and intrapersonal relationships and their connection with alexithymia were considered. There was created and approved complex differentiated method of treatment of such patients that considers clinical structure, personal peculiarities and emotional disturbances. There were analyzed its potentialities in association with psychopharmacological treatment. It was proved that complex treatment is more effective than ordinary pharmacological management.
