Research object: process of the Entrepreneurial Activities Motivation in the Agrarian Sector of Depressive Region. Research purpose: development and substantiation of practical and methodological principles of the Entrepreneurial Activities Motivation in the Agrarian Sector of Depressive Region. Research technignes: dialectical, abstract-and-logical, thet of analysis and synthesis, monographic, economic-and-statistical, method of comparison, average and relative magnitudes, correlation-and-regression analysis, series of dynamics discriminant analysis. Theoretical and practical results: the formulated scientific results, the received conclusions and recommendations of the dissertation use in forming an effective mechanism of the Entrepreneurial Activities Motivation in the Agrarian Sector of Depressive Region. The suggested methodic approaches of effective regulative state policy valuation which directs at agrarian business and identification depressive agrarian region are the practical value of the dissertation. Some aspects of the dissertation can be used to solve problems of the state stimulation of depressive agrarian region and to elaborate the regional programmes of agrarian business’s development. Degree of introduction: the results of scientific studies are used by the executive bodies of Zhytomyr oblast, by the Assosiation of Scientists and Business-consultants, in the educational process of the Institute of Entrepreneur and Modern Technologies.
