Servatuk L. Administrative and Jurisdictional Activity of Bodies of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine

The dissertation is dedicated to the investigation of the administrative and jurisdictional activity of the bodies of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine. The execution state of the plenary powers given on the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine in relation to the imposition of the administrative penalties for the violation of the rules of state boundary procedure is analyzed. The concept of the administrative and jurisdictional body is formulated, the location of the bodies of the state border protection of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine is determined among other administrative and jurisdictional bodies. Administrative and jurisdictional plenary powers of the bodies of the state border protection of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine are examined and analyzed. The ways of the improvement of the administrative delictual legislation and legislation regulating forming and functioning of the executive power system are determined, the propositions concerning the organization of the administratively jurisdiction activity of the bodies of the state border protection of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine are given.
