Research object: management process by the joint-stock company in the conditions of corporate relations development; purpose of work: scientific and theoretical ground of management positions by the joint-stock companies as by the difficult socio-economic systems and developments of practical recommendations in relation to adjusting of management activity of joint-stock company’s management bodies in the conditions of corporate relations development; research method and apparatus: generalization, analysis and synthesis, methods of statistical and logic analysis, expert estimations, methods of sociological research, theory of queuing systems for the class of markovian processes, graphic; theoretical and practical results: first: the model of joint-stock company’s management bodies’ activity regulation is offered with determination of indexes of intensity, timeliness, effectiveness of decision-making and reliability, work-load and efficiency of joint-stock company’s management bodies functioning on the basis of theory of the queuing systems; improved: method of calculation of reward of a supervisory board’s members as specific participants of socially-labours relations on the basis of the nontarif system the difference of which there is introduction of stimulants coefficients; organization of work and functional structure of supervisory board, that differs from the existing by positioning the department of corporate secretary as a main link in the system of informative streams; got further development: determination of the management system of a joint-stock company as crossing external and internal leading influencing from the side of different participants of corporate management on joint-stock company’s activity; model of motivation of members of joint-stock company’s management bodies; classification of management principles by the joint-stock company on the additional sign of priority of corporate or personalities aims; the practical value of the got results consists in that the grounded theoretical positions and presented methodical approaches are developed to the level of practical recommendations; object and degree of introduction: Joint-stock company "KAMAZ - UTK", Joint-stock company "Zavod turbocompressorov", Securities and stock market state commission; sphere of the use: machine-building enterprises’ management system’s activity.
