The thesis is devoted to the development of fundamentals of the technologies obtained of hydrophilic functional active low dispersive of (meth)acrylic esters with poly(vinylpyrrolidone) (co)polymers by the suspension polymerization with possibility of the directed change during the synthesis of their structure, particle-size and selective sorption ability. The suitability of developed (co)polymers as polymer transmitter of the drugs controlled delivery systems was confirmed.
