In dissertation work scientifically-methodological government bases and practical recommendations in relation to the increase of competitiveness meat of processing enterprises. It is analysed and systematized the theoretical looks on competition and determination of its role in the agrarian sector of economy. Determination of competitiveness of products and competitiveness of enterprise is specified. The improved methodical approaches to estimation of competitiveness are meat of processing enterprises. Directions which form organizationally-economic bases of providing of competitiveness of meat of processing enterprises are certain. Developed basic directions of increase of competitiveness of meat of processing enterprises.
