Essay

The thesis is devoted to theoretical and experimental research on the fine layer dynamic mixing the mixed food loose components technological process. Theoretical generalizing and quite new solving the research applied task are given, that consist of raising the technical and economic rates of small - sized feed mixers for farm enterprises by means of designing and creating the coordinated mathematic models of do sating processes and non-stop mixing the loose components by the screw working parts. Based upon complex research held, theoretical grounds and conclusions, from the point of view of system approach, the methods of solving the research applied task are formulated, the fine layer mixed food loose components dynamic mixing technological process has been elaborated by means of using the high-speed screw mixer. Based upon theoretical and experimental research, the optimal technological parameters of mixed food loose components fine layer dynamic mixing process are determined; the basic constructive / technological parameters of high-speed screw mixer are determined. Recommendations concerning application of suggested process in production lines are worked out.
