Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the studying of clinical polymorphism and its association from oxidative modification of proteins of a blood plasma at mental disorders as a result of alcohol abuse, schizophrenia and neurotic disorders. Was found change oxidative modification of proteins of blood plasma depending on diagnostic groups, dynamic factors of psychopathologic process, clinical symptoms and their gradation, additional data of anamnesis, the studied with the help of anamnesis data, psychopathological, psychometric, biochemical and statistical methods. On the basis of statistically significant difference of an indicator of oxidative modification of blood plasma proteins for each diagnostic and control group, it is possible to use this indicator as additional differential-diagnostic test at occurrence of difficulties in diagnostic procedures on the basis of the phenomenological approach. The marked deviation of this index of compared with the control group correlates to the clinical psychopathological symptoms and factor of the severity of the psychopathological process course.
