Essay

The dissertation is a complex historiographic research in developments of Ukrainian economy in 1953-1964. Their reasons, course and results are viewed in the documents of the CPSU,scientific-popular literature and memoirs. It was suggested to differentiate four periods in the development of Ukrainian economy during 1953–1964 on the grounds of the process of data acquisition and perfecting of historic knowledge. Achievements of home and foreign scientists in the process of acknowledging transformations in the agricultural sphere of the country are viewed.
