Kuzmenko O. Administrative and Legal Environments of Management in State Tax Service of Ukraine

Administrative and legal environment of management in state tax service of Ukraine and the process of administrative and legal regulations of management and its initial conditions are analyzed in the thesis. It was defined that this process includes the external aspect - the relations between state tax authorities and individuals, legal entities, residents and non-residents as well as providing the internal aspect - improving the activity of state tax authorities of Ukraine. To develop the conceptual structure of Administrative Law and Process and to introduce the complex of modern approaches at providing the state administrative services to the citizens some author's definitions were suggested. The great attention was devoted to staff management improvement and training of modern skilled workers - managers which provide the effective work of state tax authorities of Ukraine.
