Sushko L. Organization- Legal Fundamentals of Judicial Control Accomplishment in Ukraine

The dissertation is devoted to the investigation of the main principles of accomplishment in Ukraine. The contents of control activity of state bodies in general as well as in particular are researched in the work. The role of courts of justice in the system of state bodies according to the type of legal systems is defied in the work. Also the order of development and accomplishment of judicial control in historical-legal aspect as well as its state in modern conditions in Ukraine is examined. The forms of realization of judicial control are defined and a thorough analysis of these forms is accomplished in the work. A lot of attention is devoted to the activity of administrative courts in Ukraine as one of the biggest forms of judicial control realization. The author defined the matter of judicial control and its types. The ways of judicial control improvement in Ukraine are pointed out on the bases of the research.
