The level of administrative and legal provision of implementation international and legal standards into activity of militia bodies of Ukraine in dissertation is considered. The classification of international and legal standards which are provided by militia bodies of Ukraine is shown. The definition of provision of human rights and freedoms by militia bodies of Ukraine is explored. Basic scientific and theoretical statement of activity of militia bodies of Ukraine concerning provision of human rights and freedoms are formulated too. The content of international and legal standards of ethic behaviour of police of foreign countries is disclosed. The possibilities of using in Ukraine the experience of activity of police forces of foreign countries in the sphere of provision of human rights and freedoms are analyzed. The trends of reformation of police education in compliance with international standards of training police staff are determined.
