Ob’ekt – becoming and development of economic mechanism of fund market is in the national economy of Ukraine; purpose – substantiation of theoretical-methodical principles of fund market development, development of directions and ways of improvement of economic mechanism of his functioning; methods – fundamental positions and applied scientific developments of leading domestic and foreign scientists and specialists in relation to makro- and mikroekonomichnikh processes in an economy in the field of perfection of economic mechanism of fund market development in a national economy legislative and normative acts of Ukraine and held ES; novelty – it is developed theoretical-methodical principles of fund market development in the system of national economy through providing of balance of interests of sub’ektiv menage.; results – the methodical going is near system development of strategic directions and priority ways of improvement of economic mechanism of fund market, which is inferior the prior ways of structural alteration of economy; it is inculcated in economic practice.
