Essay

The thesis is devoted to the study of pathogenenic mechanisms in duodenal peptic ulcer taking info account psychosomatic disturbances and to search more effective methods of their correction. Protective effect of prelimi-nary adaptation to stress-producing factors under experi-mental gastric ulcer has been studied on 63 rats. Clinical studies on 127 patients with duodenal peptic ulcers asso-ciated with Helicobacter pylori have proved the protec-tive action of melatonine, which improves psychosomatic conditions of the patients and protective effects on patho-genic mechanisms of the disease. Introducing of re-bamipid into the complex therapy of duodenal peptic ul-cers results in enhancing of gastroduodenal mucosa bar-rier resistance and improves patients' life quality
