Lobodina Z. Financial resources of children’s health care facilities.

The object of inquiry: formation and use of financial resources of health facilities. The objectives: scientific substantiation of formation and use of financial resources of children's health facilities, determination of ways of improvement of their management. Results: recommendations of applied character are developed as to the improvements in formation and use of financial resources of children's health facilities. Methods: dialectic, system estimation, analysis and synthesis, scientific abstraction, economic and statistics, method of comparison, induction and deduction method. Novelty: approach to determination of children's hospital expenditures is substantiated: the nature interpretation of financial resources of children's health facilities is found out and their classification criterion is distinguished: financial provision of children's health facilities is improved; population partial payment for medical services is determined and the right to manage the activity of municipal healthfacilities as to own or state delegated powers of local government bodies is proposed to regulate. It is implemented in research works, in practical activity of local government bodies, educational process. Sphere: public finances.
