Savchuk O. Early postoperative rehabilitation of patients with chronic rhinosinusites

In the dissertation the morphofunctional and ethiopathogenetic characteristic of reactive postoperative symptoms is given.The necessity of active postoperative rehabilitation of patients with chronic rhinosinusites is substantiates. With the accounting of pathomorphological features of a course of early postoperative period and according to results of experimental researches the methods of complex early postoperative rehabilitation of the patients with chronic purulent and polyposis associated purulent rhinosinusites is proposed. As a result of complex inspection and treatment 110 patients (64 women and 46 men) has been established, that using of complex nasal aerosol, which contains neomycin, polymixin B, dexamethason and new plant extract-based product (Cyclamen europaeum) is clinically effective, that proves by acceleration of subjective symptoms normalization, improvement of rhinoscopy picture and data of mucocilliary clearans and local temperature of nasal mucosa.
