Gasyuk N. Morfofuntional organization of gums in a normal kondition and at inflamation.

Dissertation work is devoted to study of моrphofunctional organization of gums in a normal condition and staggered an inflammatory process for clarification and working out detailed of pathogenesis of chronic catarrhal and chronic hypertrophy gingivitis. Material for clinical macroscopic research was taken 46 persons of student young people, age of 18-23 and material in 12 accident cases. Structural organization of different hystotopograpfical parts of gums is first set, each of them has the features of keratinizing, morphometric indexes which have some correlation, in relation to every layer of epithelium. It is well-proven on the basis of histological researches, that the process of keratinizing of teeth’s gingival papilla passes the way of ortokeratosis, free part of gums is subject of keratinizing by a parakeratosis, part of gums is fastened by the way of prekeratosis, that serves as important nosotropic subsoil at the impression of appropriate departments of gums by an inflammatory process. Information is extended in relation to the role of labrocyts in pathogeny of chronic catarrhal and chronic hypertrophy gingivitis. First in detail ultrastructure organization of labrocyts is studied and them synthetic activity.
