Zelenov G. Crimes which breach the established order of emerging and performing of property commitments (criminal law characteristic).

The dissertation covers the research of aspects of criminal law protection of property commitments, which is considered to be the part of the mechanism of legal regulation of these legal relations. Social stipulation of criminalization of the acts which break the established order of emerging and performing of property commitments has been analysed. Historical experience of regulation of criminal liability for failing to perform property commitments in Ukraine has been enlightened. The propositions aimed at optimisation of dispositions of criminal law prohibitions with the help of which property commitments are to be protected and at improvement of dispositions of the articles 218-222 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine have been formulated with the regard of statements and trends of development of regulative legislation of Ukraine.
