Essay

The dissertation reveals the problems of strategic management improvement of information and communication enterprises' technological development. The information and communication technologies' role and their development forecasting are theoretically generalized and scientific specified in the system of enterprise strategic management. Market environment and impact factors on enterprise technological development are studied. The author developed technological development forecast for information and communication enterprise on the basis of factor model. The model was verified by regression method. The methodological approach of newest technologies estimation is developed and used in research for forming optimum technological development by criterion of innovativeness and effectiveness. As a result of research, the approaches of improvement process of development and realization of enterprise technological development strategy are proposed. The approaches are based on organizational and analytical providing of enterprise departments' interrelation for technological innovations pushing and technological diagnostics of internal and external environment.
