The thesis represents the investigation of philosophic views of Panteleymon Kulish - outstanding representative of Ukrainian culture of XIX century (1819-1897) - concerning the personality and the society. There was done systematic analysis and theoretical reconstruction of philosophic views of P.Kulish in the context of Ukrainian historic-philosophical process. We found the place and the importance of his philosophic legacy in historical and modern contexts and particularly in Ukrainian philosophy.
