Koshel A. Improvement of spatial mechanisms of cyclic sewing semi-automatic machine

Dissertation is devoted to the problem of perfection of spatial mechanisms of the transversal movement of the working part of the cyclic sewing semi-automatic machine. A new design of the mechanism has been offered assuring work of the mechanism in a wide range of links oscillation regadless of the existing gaps in the cylindrical kinematic pairs. On the basis of the analytical research and experimental studies considerable advantages of the mechanism of a new design are confirmed in relation to basis mechanism. Application of the mechanism of a new structure allows to extend the functional capabilities of this type of sewings semi-automatic machines with necessary accuracy of needle the positioning in relation to openings of buttons. Area of application – light industry.
