In dissertation is offered the author understanding of essence and behavior features of marketing co-operation of producers and consumers at the industrial commodities markets. Developed the system of analysis of consumer behavior of enterprises, which is based on three blocks of economic indicators, which reproduce the disposition model of consumption. Definitely the most effective technologies of organization co-operation of enterprises at the industrial markets, and also offered the algorithm of development administrative decisions on this basis. Mechanism of forming and providing of the effective systems of co-operation producers and consumers of dry milk-products basis on mathematical playing methods and design of markets co-operations. Definitely necessity and possibility of construction of the effective system of support of national producers of the dried milk by their partnership and integration with enterprises exporters, and also operators of world markets. It is offered, with the proper approbation of results, system of evaluation of strategic potential and efficiency of conduct in marketing co-operations at the markets of industrial enterprises and intermediary organizations.
